Wholesale Giveaway Drawing Official Rules

  1. Smartfi Home Loans will be sponsoring quarterly giveaways at their San Diego Office located at 3636 Nobel Dr., Ste. 210, San Diego, CA, 92122 between 01/16/2025 – 03/31/2025, 04/01/2025 – 06/30/2025, 07/01/2025 – 09/30/2025, and 10/01/2025 – 12/31/2025 at 12:00 a.m. - 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries must be received by 11.59 p.m. PT on the last day of the respective quarter: 03/31/2025, 06/30/2025, 09/30/2025, and 12/31/2025.
  2. Participation is only open to industry professionals, 18 and older, who submit a qualified referral. Partnership at Smartfi Home Loans is not required to enter or win.
  3. A qualified referral is any loan officer or company with an active NMLS that is not already an active partner with Smartfi Home Loans and has not already been referred to Smartfi®, and of which the information submitted via the referral form is accurate. Referrals only qualify as a giveaway entry when referred via the referral form.
  4. Smartfi Home Loans employees, volunteers, its agencies and subsidiaries, and their families are not eligible to enter or win.
  5. To enter, complete the required referral form. Limit 1 eligible entry per referral. Duplicate, incomplete and ineligible entries will be discarded.
  6. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.
  7. One winner will be selected at approximately 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, the business day following the close of the quarter: Tuesday, April 1, 2025, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and Friday, January 2, 2026, by random drawing, at Smartfi Home Loans Corporate Office located at 3636 Nobel Dr. Ste. 210, San Diego, CA 92122. Winner need not be present to win. Any discrepancy or dispute will be settled by Smartfi Home Loans, whose decisions are final.
  8. The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone no later than one week following the drawing. Delivery arrangements will be coordinated by a Smartfi Home Loans representative. Prize must be claimed within one week of notification either at Smartfi Home Loans Corporate Office, 3636 Nobel Dr. Ste. 210, San Diego, CA 92122, or by call or email to Smartfi Home Loans. Prize unclaimed within one week of notification will be given to another winner selected by random drawing. Proof of identity will be required to accept prize.
  9. The giveaway prize includes, one YETI Hopper Flip 12 Soft Top Cooler branded with Smartfi Home Loans (approx. total value $250).
  10. The odds of winning the prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  11. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting this prize, the winner gives Smartfi Home Loans permission to use their name and likeness in promotion-related publicity materials, and releases Smartfi Home Loans from any liability connected with prize use.
  12. Giveaway void where prohibited by law.
